Reservation, Payment & Cancellation Policies

• Based on availability, Playa Palms will provide a confirmation number within 48 hours of request.
• A deposit for two days will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation. Balance due is payable upon arrival.
• A valid credit card number is required to confirm a reservation.
• The credit card will be charged in Mexican Pesos at the prevailing official bank exchange rate at the time of transaction.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to info@playapalms.com.
• There is a $25 USD non-refundable service charge per cancellation anytime.
• If cancellation is not received 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Unused nights, early departures, and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Winter season: (Dec 22 to Jan 05)
  • 50% of the total balance stay will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation.
  • If cancellation is not received 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
• If you require five rooms or more, please request a group quote. E-mails can be submitted to sales@playapalms.com.
• Check in time: 15:00 hours. Check out time: 12:00 noon.

Length of Stay Policy

• The minimum length of stay is two nights, with the following exceptions:
  • Easter week – minimum length of stay is three nights
  • Thanksgiving week – minimum length of stay is three nights
  • Winter season – minimum length of stay is seven nights
